Agreement

By accessing or using Radiocast Reporter (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Alpha software

The Service is in alpha. Features, limits, uptime, and data handling may change without notice. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Administrators may approve, suspend, or revoke access according to organization policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully, to harm others, or to generate illegal, harassing, or fraudulent content.
• Attempt to probe, disrupt, or bypass security, rate limits, quotas, or access controls.
• Reverse engineer or scrape the Service in a way that violates applicable law or our policies.
• Use third-party API keys or data you are not authorized to use.

Content and outputs

You retain rights to content you supply. You grant us the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, and deliver your projects and generated media through the Service. You are responsible for clearing rights to on-air material, music beds, logos, and third-party data you include in broadcasts.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of fifty US dollars or amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (if any).

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Changes

We may modify these terms. We will update the “Last updated” date when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
