Overview

Radiocast Reporter (“we,” “our”) provides tools to build and run automated radio-style broadcast workflows. This policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use our website and software (the “Service”).

Information we process

  • Account data: email address, password hash, role, and approval status when you register or sign in.
  • Project and content data: graphs you configure, scripts we or our models generate, scheduling settings, and outputs (for example stitched audio files) stored for your projects.
  • Usage and diagnostics: API usage such as text-to-speech quotas, run logs, and technical logs needed to operate and debug the Service.
  • Session cookies: HTTP-only session cookies to keep you signed in securely.

How we use information

We use the above to provide and improve the Service, authenticate users, enforce tiers and limits, store your projects and outputs, troubleshoot issues, and comply with law where required. We do not sell your personal information.

Third parties

When you enable integrated features (for example headline, weather, traffic, or TTS providers), content you choose to generate may be sent to those providers under their terms. Use only keys and data you are allowed to send. We recommend reviewing each vendor's privacy policy.

Retention and security

We retain data as long as your account and projects need it for the Service, unless a longer period is required by law. Passwords are stored using strong one-way hashing. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; help protect your account by using a unique password.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data where applicable law allows, subject to legitimate business and legal retention needs. Contact your organization's administrator if your access is managed by them.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Radiocast Reporter is offered as an alpha product. This policy is provided for transparency; it is not legal advice. For specific jurisdictions or enterprise agreements, consult qualified counsel.
